For a long-term use with a very good takeover chance, we are now looking for a production assistant in the Lackiererei (m/w/d) in Lüdenscheid. The location is ideal for motivated applicants (m/w/d) interested in industrial painting and surface processing.

• Preparation of components for painting (cleaning, grinding, gluing)
• Inserting and removing workpieces in painting and coating systems
• Support in the operation and monitoring of painting processes
• visual and quality control of the surfaces and notification of deviations
• Implementation of simple rework and repairs
• Compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations
• Documentation of work steps according to requirements

We are looking for

• First experience in industrial painting or production of advantage
• Craft skills and basic technical understanding
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Careful, reliable and team-oriented working
• Motivation to work in and take responsibility
• Good knowledge of German communication in the team
