Risk Management Project Manager

As part of our team, you are responsible for the fact that risks and opportunities are structuredly captured, consistently evaluated and transparently controllable. You work in the extensive project management for the 2nd S‐Bahn station, the new railway station Munich and other projects in the Munich node. A central part of your role is the establishment and further development of a revision-proof risk management database as a resilient basis for control, reporting and decision-making. You have workflows, dataflows and interfaces at any time, ensure high data quality and translates complex data levels into meaningful key figures, dashboards and analyses. With clear rules, comprehensible data levels and understandable results, you make risks measurable, comparable and relevant to control – for project management and stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial to ensure that our project becomes a complete success. At the next time, we are looking for you as a project manager:in Risk Management (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Munich site. Your tasks:

Coordination of project participants for the identification, evaluation and planning of project risks and opportunities as well as analysis of target / preview / actual comparisons and development of countercontrol measures Analysis of processes and methods as well as the systemic implementation for risk management as well as derivation of associated recommendations for action, participation in the preparation of reports and key figures to assess project success Support for interface topics of risk management at costs and dates as well as advice on the application of project management processes and methods Building and developing a central risk database and ensuring data quality, traceability and revision security Conception and implementation of data integration from source systems to reporting, data flow management and further development of data-driven decision support in Microsoft environment including Power BI data modeling

Your profile:

Completed (specialist)higher education in engineering, economic or natural sciences or comparable qualification as well as experience in risk management of infrastructure projects is advantageous Impressed quality, cost and time consciousness as well as knowledge in MS Office and ideally knowledge in systemic risk detection Responsibility, commitment and structured working methods as well as analytical thinking skills and team skills Very good data understanding for data models as well as practice in data modeling and reporting Very good knowledge of Power BI and MS Query as well as ideally power platform experience including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse and integration into existing applications Strong analytical thinking and structured functioning including data validation and deviation analyses
