Consultant for digitization with a focus on process digitization

As a company of the state of Thuringia, the digital agency Thüringen GmbH supports ministries, state authorities, municipalities and companies of the Free State in digital transformation. We act as an impulse generator, strategy developer, project manager, networker, consultant and communicator. We are looking for a two-year period for our site in Erfurt and a full-time:n Speaker:in for digitalization with the focus on process digitization In this position, you support us in building and establishing a uniform process management methodology and a competence center for process digitalization in the Free State of Thuringia.

You guide the project to develop a nationwide method for process management and digitalization. You act as a multiplier of this method and you are responsible for the training of employees in the state administration. You support the control of external service providers, in particular when building a central process management software and a low-code digitization platform. You help in developing and anchoring reference processes in the management organization.

completed university studies (Master/Diplom) preferably in administrative sciences, business informatics or public management multiannual practical experience in building or developing process management structures Experience in the documentation of processes and the use of process management software (e.g. modeling and documentation tools) proven project management and control competence in complex structures and with external service providers Ability to develop and impart uniform methodological standards within the framework of self-guided workshops ideally experience in the public sector, in particular in the context of administrative modernisation and with low-code platforms
