• Leadership of the project team and guidance of entrepreneurs
• Responsibility for technical and commercial execution of projects in technical building equipment
• Technical implementation of execution planning in a assembly planning including technical calculations with computer support
• Responsibility for coordination with other structures and material disposition
• Negotiating and clarifying technical matters with customers, experts and suppliers, as well as evaluating the resulting costs

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete study of technical building equipment, utility technology or energy and building technology
• As an alternative to a completed technical training in the field of technical building equipment (TGA)
• A safe occurrence, strong communication and team skills in connection with a customer- and service-oriented mode of operation
• German language skills and English skills in B2
• Class B driving licence and federal travel readiness
