Implementation Consultant - Temporary Employment (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the project, run kick-offs and make a smooth implementation of our software at customers: You translate the needs of the customers: their business processes adapt precisely to our software and focus on details and optimization You motivate and inspire users:inside and gradually guide them through the implementation process You work with the development to implement functional concepts into technical solutions You are flexible on changing customer requirements and feedback them internally to improve the service

Ideally, you have three years of experience in the personnel service industry, such as key users in administrative software, focusing on hourly and gross wage billing, You have an affinity for software and a very good technical understanding You have a passion for counseling and strongly identify yourself with your work You have completed higher education or a comparable qualification You're proactively addressing challenges and you're drawing on potential for improvement You have excellent communication skills, precise operation and the ability to quickly capture the core of problems You speak fluent German (English is a plus) and have a positive attitude as well as the ability to say ''No' if necessary – always looking at the best result for all
