Specialist IT Infrastructure / IT System Manager / SharePoint Administrator (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of the hardware and software used as well as the maintenance and documentation of the IT systems used on Prem and in M365 of our Allgäu locations. You can also help us with the M365 SharePoint Administration and set up or exchange network components if necessary. You act service-oriented – you act as a competent internal contact for your defined responsibility area and provide user and location support for the locations Marktoberdorf, Kempten and connected warehouses. You ensure smooth operations – you ensure the smooth use of the IT site through a professional 1st and 2nd level support in the client and server environment. These include the establishment and exchange of network components. You are a team player – In addition, you are actively involved in the processing of projects and take over specialist topics.

Your training – you have a successfully completed training as a specialist system integration or a comparable qualification. Your experience – you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in a comparable position than for example system supervisors. You also have deep experience in IT service management. Your know-how – you have profound knowledge in Windows Server and client operating systems and with SharePoint in M365. In addition, you have already gained experience in software deployment with MS Intune and the automation of processes. ITIL Foundation knowledge is beneficial. Your personality – you are very strongly service-oriented and can easily abstract and represent complex facts on the essentials. Organizational and communication strengths are just as good as self-employment and a convincing appearance at our internal customers. Own initiative, solution orientation and an occasional readiness to travel complete your profile. Your commitment – you pursue goals consistently and with heart blood.
