• Operation, control, monitoring, programming and configuration of building control
• Control of air and heating technology
• Operation, maintenance, control of closing systems and alarm and fire alarm systems
• Monitoring of all other industrial plants
• Repair work in the areas of sanitation, electrical equipment, indoor and outdoor care, painting, plastering and installation work as well as metal work
• General mastery activities
• Ordering / monitoring / auditing of external services such as repairs, maintenance, cleaning

• Completed training in electrical engineering, heating & ventilation, sanitary facilities or similar fields
• Handicraft skill

• readiness for flexible working hours: services distributed over 6 weekdays, services available on Sundays and holidays, readiness to call even at night
• Driving license class B, BE required, class C1, C1E of advantage
