From product design and development to forward-looking credit processes to sales channels: You are in the midst of implementing the Bank's strategic goals. Improved (partial) processes you identify and design necessary solutions by analyzing processes, processes, guidelines and IT systems. You can easily take on professional responsibility and control topics such as process design, incident management & testing, asset governance and change initiatives along existing and new credit processes. You also know yourself in the technical landscape and have the full view of IT systems and architectures. Of course, with everything you do, you always have an eye on the market and competition. You develop your market, customer and end-to-end process understanding. Of course, you're not alone with all of this: In your interdisciplinary squad (team), you work with IT colleagues agilely, you bring yourself into sprints (planning, reviews, demos), a greedy and co-ordinatingly across locations between different interfaces within the bank.

Complete study of economics or a comparable qualification Impressed SME Business Confession, in particular in the area of SME Lending, and the ability to think of new product developments from a customer perspective as well as fun in digital innovations Experience in independent and agile project work as well as pronounced project management skills know-how in the design of technical requirements and their implementation Safe handling of relevant IT systems such as Azure desirable Good understanding in the areas of Frontend Design, digital customer applications and IT processes Teamplayer Personality with very good analytical skills and a good sense of facts and figures Open to cultural diversity in an international environment Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
