The department shall process the application and inventory of individual life insurance: all pension insurance schemes of the 1st and 3rd shift, fund-based insurance, death insurance for the distribution channels savings banks and main representations as well as the joint business. It is located downstream of the customer dialogue and the VGH-First level and focuses on the processing of documents, in particular on the processing of the partly complex legal topics of the work area.

Processing and production of new applications The processing of stocks in connection with legal issues such as supply compensation, insolvency, supervision, powers of attorney, suspensions, police sales Creation of offers for contract changes and advance payment loans Collection monitoring and dunning Processing and disbursement of contracts, partial payments, repurchases, advance payments The processing of deaths (e.g. inheritance investigation) The necessary correspondence with our customers, the main representations, the mediating savings banks and our employed external service as well as their advice The application of knowledge about the entire product range of the different tariff generations In addition, the processing of complaints, the creation of work instructions and the cooperation in sectoral and home-wide projects and working groups after appropriate technical incorporation

You have completed training to/from the merchant for insurance and finance and/or are insurance specialist. A Bachelor or Master degree is also desirable. Knowledge of personal insurance is advantageous You are interested in topics related to the capital market You have a very good understanding, a high degree of sense of responsibility, are used to think and act holistic and to work in a solution-oriented manner.
