Educators - Coordination of School Accompaniment (m/f/d)

In this role you contribute to the best possible support for children and young people in school life and our employees feel safe and valued in their work.

In the space of Schleswig-Flensburg, a versatile task awaits you from 01.09.26 with 22 hours a week.

Your tasks

Coordination & Co-operation: You organize the use of our school staff and ensure smooth work and good communication between all participants. You also participate in help schedule talks and work closely with the schools and offices.

Administration & Responsibility: You check work and hour records, keep an overview of processes and ensure transparency and reliability in everyday life.

Personal Development & Quality: In addition, you will conduct interviews, accompany new colleagues, and together with the school attendees, draft development reports to promote quality and growth.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have completed training as an educatorin (Heilpädagogin o. cf.).

Ideal, but not a must: You bring experience in child and youth assistance and are familiar with the SGB VIII and the School Law Schleswig-Holstein. Knowledge of administrative processes such as time recording and billing are advantageous.

Competence & Mobility: You are an organizational talent, performs safely and has sound knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. In addition, you have a class B driver's license as well as your own car to be flexible in the field of use.
