Building the Cyber Security Area: Creating and implementing processes, policies and technologies to secure our IT infrastructure Development and implementation of a comprehensive cyber security strategy: analysis of existing IT landscape, definition of security goals and selection of suitable technologies and methods Identify and minimize safety risks: implementation of risk analyses, vulnerability assessments and development of preventive measures to protect our systems Introduction and management of security solutions: implementation of security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, SIEM solutions and antivirus software Monitoring and Incident Response: Establishing a Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor threats and rapid response to security incidents Implementation of penetration tests and safety audits: identification of vulnerabilities and development of countermeasures Training and awareness: Promoting cyber security awareness across the company through employee training and awareness programs Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders: coordination with other IT departments and external security providers and authorities Be a key position in building a forward-looking cyber security area in a growing company, with design playroom and the opportunity to introduce expertise and ideas from scratch. Completed studies in computer science, IT security or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in cyber security, preferably in building security structures and processes Knowledge of network security, encryption technologies, vulnerability management and risk assessment Experience with SIEM systems, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), penetration tests and incident response processes Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM or comparable qualifications are advantageous Strategic and conceptual skills to lead and implement a new area Team capability and communication strength to work closely with different departments and to understand complex security requirements Own initiative and innovative power to establish the highest level of cyber security and continuously improve
