You are responsible for the holistic, value-oriented management of the business units (GuV, balance sheet, cash flow, measure controlling). You are responsible for the creation of monthly and annual accounts in cooperation with the Accounting team, as well as the analysis and commentation of business development to the Management Board. You accompany and coordinate the creation of annual business planning as well as under-year forecasts and medium-term planning. You develop existing controlling approaches as well as tools and continuously optimize internal processes. You carry out special financial projects independently in coordination with the management.

You have a completed master's degree or a comparable degree with a focus on controlling and finance. You have already gained several years of professional experience in controlling/finance, ideally in a dynamic environment. You have very good Excel skills and can quickly work into new systems (e.g. SAP Business One, Lucanet). You have strong analytical skills and are good at interpreting data and information and presenting it in a clear and logical format. You are characterized by a structured way of working and hand-on mentality. In addition, you are a team player with an open personality and have fun working on new topics and exploring and optimizing complex processes. You bring knowledge of German and English (min. C1 level).
