Personally responsible processing of insurance damages from private and corporate customers Contact persons for our customers, claimants and others involved in the event of damage Independent regulatory negotiations with customers, claimants, lawyers and other service providers Examination of the obligation to provide services, the reason and the amount after and the development of economic and customer-oriented solutions Intensive training program through our internal trainers and the possibility of continuous internal development A living error culture, as well as close cooperation within the department

For entry into the area of damage: successfully completed commercial training (ideally to/m attorney or notary) or first relevant professional experience For professional experience: multiannual experience in the processing of motor vehicles Very good analyseability, rapid understanding and a high degree of motivation and enthusiasm An independent, structured and flexible operation Communication strength and a fast, sovereign decision-making capability
