We are looking for you to support our team for the property of Münster as a service/home technician (m/w/d). You can also apply as a cross-entry with a technically projected training.

You maintain the technical facilities with the focus on HLSK / Electro. You carry out installations, maintenance, repairs and minor modifications independently. You analyze errors, troubleshoot faults and ensure the smooth operation of the systems. You monitor technical systems, perform regular control procedures and document your work digitally (e.g. via CAFM system). You coordinate external service providers and accompany their operations in the object. You are available as contact persons for tenants and colleagues in the technical daily business.

A successfully completed training in the field of heating, ventilation or sanitary technology, like as a plant mechanic, gas and water installer, electrical installer (m/w/d) or comparable.
