First Level Support (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • You support and analyze users in case of malfunctions in the company network, as well as troubleshooting within 1st and 2nd level support. • It is your responsibility to ensure a smooth IT operation and to carry out back-up procedures. • You manage, care, wait and expand the existing infrastructure. • As a technical contact, you take care of the applications used. • The administration, maintenance, maintenance and extension of the network environment is also in your task area. • You carry out individual projects. • In the area of clients and servers, you take second level support. • The support and administration of software and system updates as well as infrastructure (backup, virus protection, virtualization) is one of your tasks. • You will participate in projects in the field of system technology. • The creation and updating of system documentation is your responsibility. • You take care of the maintenance and development of the Citrix VDI infrastructure.

Your qualifications: (m/w/d) • Experience in server virtualization • Experience in Microsoft environment • Structured, independent and reliable operation • Team skills, flexibility and initiative • Good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
