Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics, Economics, Transversal Entry Possible in Technical Studies with Strong Interest in Numbers & Control or Practical Experience in Reporting, PMO, Controlling or HR-Analytics Experiences and know-how: basic knowledge of data analysis and controlling; Secure handling of Excel (pivot, simple formulas, data processing); ideally first experiences with BI tools or databases; experience in the processing and visualization of data, e.g. for presentations and management reports (PowerPoint); analytic thinking and structured functioning; Basic understanding of personnel, resources, or workforce management Qualification: Controlling or HR Reporting: Advanced Excel Knowledge and Basics for Data Automation; Ideal knowledge of AI-used data processing and automation Personality and working methods: characterised entrepreneurial thinking; marketing skills to promote your own approaches and attract stakeholders for your own business; Affinity for process improvement and automation; Reliability, self-initiative and team capacity in the context of restructuring and efficiency projects Languages: German & English
