As a production employee (m/w/d), you support ongoing production and, together with your team, ensure that materials are processed correctly and finished products meet the quality requirements. They work directly on the plants, keep the production process in mind and help with the operation running smoothly.

Your job as a production employee (m/w/d)

• Operation of machines and production plants according to predetermined work instructions • Monitor ongoing production processes and intervention in the event of deviations • Perform visual and quality controls of the manufactured products • Documentation of important steps and production data • Packing finished products and preparation for shipping • Support for machine and plant refurbishment • Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations during production • Ensure order and cleanliness in your own work area

Your working day as a production employee (m/w/d)

The working day usually starts with a short vote in the team. It clarifies which production steps are in place and which plants are in use. Then take over your place at the production line and start production together with your colleagues.

During the layer, you will keep in mind machines, material flow and product quality. They make sure everything is running in the right cycle and react attentively when something changes. Many activities are routined, yet concentration is important – because each part must comply with internal requirements.

Cooperation in the team plays an important role in this. Colleagues support each other, especially when conversions to plants are due or need to be helped in another area at short notice. The coordination with the shift management is also part of everyday life.

New employees are gradually incorporated. At the beginning, you will get to know the processes, after which you will increasingly take responsibility in the production process. The more experience you collect, the safer move in the individual steps.

Depending on the application, the work is done in the layer system. This reliably keeps production moving and everyone in the team knows what to adjust.

Your profile

• First experience in production or production is helpful, but not absolutely necessary • Willingness to work in the shift system • Careful and reliable operation • Good understanding of technical processes • attention to quality and production standards • Team skills and reliable behaviour in everyday work • Physical resilience for predominant activities • Basic knowledge of the handling of production machines is advantageous
