As a Junior Consultant*in Sustainability (w/m/d), you are part of our diverse consulting team in the area of sustainability of the 'Managementberatung' segment! We accompany companies in the process of change in order to establish themselves in the future. We support strategic, communicative and implementation of holistic sustainability activities. We are knowledge partners, critical counterparts and show opportunities and risks on the way to responsible entrepreneurship. Our desire is a positive effect that bears in the long term. Yours? Come to the team! You love to answer questions of the future by advising companies around the topic of sustainability and conducting exciting and challenging (partial) projects independently. You participate in the development of sustainability strategies for our customers and support them in the implementation. We implement change in many ways. At least one of our thematic focuses on: Development and implementation of sustainability strategies Analysis and creation of sustainability reports based on different standards such as ESRS, GRI Sustainable alignment of the supply chain (LkSG) Dialogue with stakeholders Change management and organisational development Qualification and knowledge transfer on various topics of sustainability

You accompany workshops up to top management level and can prepare results accurately. Sustainability is also important to you in our growth: Through your active involvement, you build up resilient customer relationships. To get started, you'll run our TRC-Sustainability Officer program: In interdisciplinary TÜV Academy courses, you broaden your knowledge of sustainability issues and receive important certificates for your career.

Complete university studies (e.g. environmental sciences, sustainability management or the like) and as first as possible professional experience in the field of sustainability Advantageous experience in consulting or project work Passion in dealing with customers and strong success and service orientation Independent, efficient work and flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking readiness to travel (up to 25%) and very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
