Our community centre is located in the heart of the central Bremen district Findorff. The Martin Luther community is a living, open and diverse community. We are looking for a 'n Diakon\in, municipal education, religious education, or social education, for up to 38.50 hours a week.

Task description

• Management and organization of our regular open meetings for children, young people and young adults
• organisation and accompaniment of a youth period or a holiday programme in the summer holidays
• organisation and design of projects for children and young people in cooperation with other employees
• Responsibility for volunteers in child and youth work
• Cooperation with volunteers and honorary staff
• Networking work within the Bremish Protestant Church (BEK) and in the district
• Public relations for children and youth
• administrative activities such as bills, requests
• Participation in community events
• Working with our protection concept
• Development and implementation of own ideas for work
