We are looking for a Managing Director Logistics AirCargo (m/w/d), Leipzig Construction and strategic management of the entire company with focus on AirCargo logistics Development and implementation of a state-of-the-art warehouse system as well as efficient ground handling processes Design and monitoring of customs and import procedures in close coordination with authorities and partners Building load-mile delivery concepts including digital traceability recruitment, leadership and development of a powerful team Responsibility for business development, budget management and operational excellence Close cooperation with airlines, airport operators and logistics service providers Company representation to customers, stakeholders and authorities

Multiannual leadership experience in the logistics industry, ideally in the field of air freight Embossed understanding of operational processes in storage, soil and customs processes Detectable successes in building logistics structures or company foundations Deeply anchored network of logistics leaders and decision-makers in industry and trade Entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative and willingness to design Strong sales competence and joy in the development of customer relationships German and English skills
