Psychologist in the Student Advisory Service

In the Department of Student Service, this body is to be filled in the Department of Central Student Consulting at the next time until 31.12.2027. The activity will be remunerated by 13 TV-L. It is a part-time job with 50% of the regular weekly working time.

As part of the Central Student Advisory Service, the Psychological Study Advisory Service is a service facility of the TU Dortmund for its students and employees. Priority is the support for the development of management strategies in difficult situations of life and the expansion of study-related competences. psychological individual and group consultations to promote studyability Coaching offers for students (e.g. placement behaviour, exam anxiety) and implementation of workshops for teachers Participation in the further development of (online-based) counselling services Advising students at the interface to general study advice Network work with in- and external actors

This ideally brings you with an initial training that teaches well-founded knowledge in the field of counseling and/or coaching (e.g. in the form of a started psychotherapy training) good knowledge of mental illness Course competences as well as professional experience in dealing with counsellors or in the course of study advice Experience in the planning and implementation of training and group offers very good knowledge of German and English Knowledge of the university education system pronounced communication strength, empathy and social competence combined with a winning and binding occurrence a structured and independent operation
