After Sales Manager (m/w/d) Automation

We are a successful, dynamic operation of the metal industry and produce premium tools for surface coating in series production. As a typical medium-size company, we develop, manufacture and market top products that have an outstanding name all over the world under the SATA brand.

Building and strategic development of the global after-sales area for our paint robot systems, including maintenance, spare parts management and technical training. Construction of processes, tools and standards for service operations, spare parts supply and complaint processing. Support our international partners in service and warranty cases. Analysis of service KPIs and derivation of measures to optimize service performance. Active participation in the construction of a digital service portal (e.g. remote support, spare parts order systems, knowledge database). Close cooperation with sales and application technology to continuously improve systems.

Complete technical or commercial training with a strong understanding of service and sales processes. Multiannual professional experience in the after-sales, sales or business development environment, ideally in the machine, plant or robotics sector. Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational strength and joy in building new structures. Safe occurrence, communication and negotiation skills in dealing with customers and partners. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Readiness to travel, especially in Germany and possibly abroad.
