Team Leader (m/w/d) Logistics

We are now looking for a team leader (m/w/d)... for a logistics service provider represented throughout Germany. The place is to be occupied for the first time in the context of the transfer of workers; a takeover within the first year will be sought. The company is responsible for the storage of train parts in Krefeld Uerdingen. Piening GmbH is a second-generation family-run company with over 45 years of industry experience and is one of Germany's most successful personal service providers.

• You are responsible for your own area of about 10 employees in the warehouse - The workflows of the other employees (m/w/d) are monitored by you in compliance with the safety regulations - You coordinate the incorporation of new employees - You agree to the processing of incoming work orders with the customer - In case of problems and uncertainties occurring in the warehouse, try to find solutions together with the area managers

• A successfully completed training in the field of warehouse logistics or a similar qualification is available - you can demonstrate a valid fork certificate - team skills, communication strength and reliable operation You out - You are ready to work in shiftwork - at best Collecting your first experiences in managing employees
