Technical and disciplinary guidance of the construction with the mechanical and electrical groups (incl. documentation) Responsibility for the development of the construction as a central link between development, production, purchase and project management Strengthening the constructive capacities and optimising processes with the aim of sustainably increasing productivity and speed of implementation throughout the enterprise Capacity and Task Planning of Internal and External Construction Resources Development and maintenance of standards and guidelines for construction documents (e.g. CE conformity, risk analyses, operating instructions) Active cooperation with development and production at EKRA and with departments at the headquarters of ASYS Group Cooperation with suppliers in new parts, prototypes, parts selection, tests, etc. Organisation and implementation of (internal) training and training Active cooperation in the implementation of the strategic orientation of the undertaking and compliance with the operational objectives of the undertaking

Complete studies in machine or plant engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in the design of complex machines or systems Very good knowledge of 3D CAD systems, ideal SolidWorks Experience in the management and development of design teams Good knowledge of English Readiness to travel for occasional works and customer talks
