In this exciting function, you are an important part of our team and contribute directly to the quality of our high-quality roofing tracks with your craft experience. You get to know our manufacturing process step by step and are accompanied and systematically incorporated by experienced colleagues. Knowledge of production is not absolutely necessary, your motivation, willingness to learn and enjoy the practical work are more important. Specifically, based on the production plan, you are responsible for customer-specific production according to the highest quality and safety standards, precisely and on time. Most of the work requires practical skills, combined with spatial imagination and physical activity. With the support of modern technology, you tailor the materials accurately, connect them to high-quality end products by bonding or welding and then prepare them for shipping. In addition, you carry out regular cleaning and maintenance work, introduce ideas for process improvement and, if necessary, also support in technical or production-related projects. You work reliably in the team, think with and actively shape the future of our production. SIGA in Halberstadt After Ruswil and Schachen (CH), our third production site is being built in Halberstadt (DE). This will strengthen our presence in our main market in Germany and create around 70 new jobs. Here we lay the foundation for even shorter delivery routes, more security of supply and a close exchange with our partners on site. Located next to the new SIGA plant in Halberstadt, hydroWEB, which has been part of our group since 2023, and produces high-quality nonwovens. Together we develop solutions that arise in the resin and act worldwide.
