Your tasks – You can look forward to this Deputy Team Leadership: In close coordination with the station management, you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team and design the personnel deployment according to your needs. Required deployment planning: The continuous representation of the station management is your responsibility as well as the promotion of a positive operating climate and effective interdisciplinary cooperation. Structured station coordination: You coordinate the nursing activities as well as the organizational processes and ensure a smooth running on the station. Reliable quality assurance: Compliance and implementation of standards, specifications and care concepts ensure and actively contribute to quality assurance. Active Area Development: Your participation in working groups, management and team meetings as well as your active involvement in patient care will help you further develop the area.

You bring at least two years of professional experience as a examinated nursing professional. Ideally, you already have leadership experience as well as training for station management or the willingness to complete it.
