settlement of warranty claims during the warranty period Separate implementation of structural measures Assessment and summary of expert opinions on process preparation of legal steps Follow-up of deficiencies on site and their documentation Technical support of the competent WEG administration Support of the construction management in the area of completion of our construction projects Participation in the implementation of cross-site housing transfers Cross-site activities in the context of housing transfers for all PANDION residential projects, associated with occasional travel activities

Successfully completed craft training, if necessary Master training with professional experience in the field of construction Ideal knowledge of standards and VOBs and knowledge in the field of technical building equipment Commitment and team spirit as well as an independent, structured and responsible way of working High level of customer and quality orientation Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications driving licence class B
