We are looking for you as a location manager (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering at Dietmannsried or Augsburg. WIR PLANTS FOR HUMAN AND FUTURE.

You assume the overall responsibility for demanding projects in electrical engineering – from the first idea and conception to the planning to the successful implementation and object monitoring in all phases of the HOAI (LPH 1–9) You develop thought-out electrotechnical concepts, evaluate technical solutions and develop system design, feasibility studies and calculations You control your projects independently and have quality, dates and costs at any time. You combine technical excellence with economic thinking and high quality standards You are a competent representative for contractors and project partners, coordinate the cooperation of all stakeholders and ensure that convincing overall solutions are created from different requirements. You contribute your expertise in the development of energy-efficient, economic and operationally safe solutions and thereby actively shape the technical quality and sustainability of our projects You also keep an overview in the execution phase, accompany the implementation on site and ensure that the planned solutions are implemented professionally You question existing processes, recognize optimization potentials and introduce your own ideas to continuously develop our projects and our engineering office You want to move more than your own projects? Qualification: You have a degree in electrical engineering, a technical degree as a technician:in or Master:in the field of electrical engineering Experience: You have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an engineering office for electrical engineering Knowledge: You bring sound electrotechnical knowledge and a good cross-disciplinary understanding of technical building equipment and construction. You are safe to use MS Office, AutoCAD and electrotechnical calculation and planning programs.
