As part of your activity, you will be involved in the testing and processing of tender documents, and you will start quantity skeletons, material and performance overviews The search, selection and address of suitable after-contractors:inside and the collection and evaluation of offers for services and materials are accepted by you The development of construction processes and logistics concepts, the creation of quantity and material lists and the execution of construction sites and site visits fall into your field of activity You work closely with purchasing, costing and building management and support in optimizing supply processes

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed technical/university study in the field of engineering or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in engineering, civil or special engineering Knowledge of the VOB and the handling of tenders are available Experience in dealing with after-contractors:inside is desirable A structured and independent operation as well as pronounced communication skills and team orientation complete your profile
