In Ev.-Luth. Kirchenkreis Hamburg-Ost are committed to people – in the church communities on site and in diverse areas of work that are summarized in the area of Diakonie+Education. We as a diaconia+education are carriers of major diaconic institutions such as youth assistance, family education, homeless assistance and counselling, as well as service providers for daycare facilities. We organize a wide range of educational events through our work and specialist departments, set content accents and engage in social and social policy, e.g. for people on the run. As a diaconia+ education, we want to expand, profile and establish our effectiveness for the future. This is why we started a change process in 2022 with the aim of focusing and profiling our competencies and offers in three areas of activity – ecclesiastical institutions and places, community service, civil society issues.

The new community service aims to strengthen the experience-oriented company work. For this purpose, the church-circle-owned Jugendheim Lichtensee will be rebuilt in Hoisdorf, refurbished energetically and as a new church-circular KonfiCamp and Confirmandinnen-Ort will have its own content profile. Starting in 2029, the upcoming offers will take place on the outdoor area and in the house. The confi-camp offers in the church district form a new focus in work with young people and are intended to supplement and relieve the offers already existing in church communities and regions of the church district. Future offers for municipalities and regions are: an annual confederal confiCamp to join, an infrastructure built throughout the summer holiday period for the KonfiCamp Self-Making and a professional consulting and support offer for those parishes and regions who like to do KonfiCamp work themselves. A two-headed KonfiCamp team (diaconin, pastor*in) will be set up, working interdisciplinary and competency-oriented, and the upcoming tasks at the interface to the expert team Ev. Contents/structural/reconstruction, organisation and implementation of an annual church circle conficamp together with a team team team to win and build it Conception and implementation of training formats for young and adult teamworkers working in the KonfiCamp and their support during and after the camp period Technical advice and support for church communities and regions on issues related to Konficamp work and experience-oriented cooperation and joint thematic work at the interface with colleagues in youth work Creating communication and networking offerings among the Konficamp communities in the church district (exchange, synergies, quality standards, etc.) and cooperation in the Konficamp network of the North Church Responsibility for budget and resolution for the tenders and measures carried out, as well as public relations (including social media) Working with the content redesign of the Konficamp site Lichtensee

You are deaconin, community pedagoguein, have completed studies in the field of social work, social or religious education or have a comparable qualification You have professional experience in working with adolescents and volunteers in the ecclesiastical context (ideally in the co-operative work) You have professional experience in organizing and carrying out leisure activities, camps and other educational formats, are highly conceptual, innovative and professional up to date You are a communication-strong and roll-clear counterpart, can moderate and manage various work, education and participation settings with youthful and adult target groups empirically and sovereignly You are an open and open personality, have joy in contact with many different people and can inspire others You are ae team playerin who has fun working with the main and volunteers in agile, interdisciplinary settings You are ready to work on weekends, in the evenings and in the summer holidays one/two weeks on the piece
