In our 27-member team for voluntary capital measures, everything is about the professional handling of complex events in the life cycle of a securities. We support a wide range of voluntary retools, capital measures on dividends and capital increases, including voluntary compensation offers, purchase offers, reinvestment of dividends, capital increases against cash payment and subscription offers. As a central interface between issuers and depot customers, we ensure that all relevant information flows precisely, decisions are clearly communicated and measures are implemented efficiently, timely and with high quality. We work closely with internal departments, external partners and international market participants and ensure that our customers are always optimally supervised. As a specialist for voluntary capital measures, you take the following tasks: Implementation of capital measures: You take over the complete execution of complex and risk-bearing capital measures taking into account the respective business models of the customers from initial processing to successful completion. This includes the creation of depot customer letters and Swift messages, the acceptance of the depot customer instructions and the booking of the corresponding depot customer request via our settlement system. Quality assurance in the team: In doing so, you have the main responsibility for your task and ensure the quality of your work as well as that of your colleagues in the 4-eye principle. Market and legal requirements: As a professional contact person, you will implement publications of issuers and legal adjustments in our internal systems with a precise view to ensure that all measures are carried out correctly and in time. Responsibility for customers: Customer complaints and complaints are processed in a solution-oriented manner and are closely aligned with your team or leadership if required. Optimize processes: After extensive integration and if you feel confident in our systems and business model, you have the opportunity to actively participate in projects and process optimizations. With your expertise, you can develop new approaches in the long term and support the further development of our processes. This is a fixed-term job placement up to 31.12.2026.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the financial environment, or bring a similar qualification. You have experience in securities processing and at best know the necessary settlement systems (WP2, WPDirect) as well as the warehousing systems of the warehouses. The safe use of MS Office products, especially Excel, is natural for you and you are able to prepare data structured (e.g. with SVER-WEIS, basic functions or evaluations). Whether oral or written - You speak fluent German and English (C1). Through this linguistic competence, you can understand the content of Swift messages precisely, conduct international votes sovereignly and exchange professionally with our developer teams in Hungary. Ideally, you have already gained first project experience or want to do this with us. Self-responsible work is in your blood. You act risk-conscious, can assess themselves well and make informed decisions when it comes to it. You have no bareness to take responsibility, identify situations where immediate action is necessary and bring openness to request support and address knowledge gaps if necessary. A strong understanding of process relationships helps you to think into complex processes, to identify causes of problems and to communicate and solve them clearly and understandably.
