Together with your colleague, you will realize customer contact and accessibility of our customer service – by email, phone or via our live chat. You are responsible for providing and handling bus rentals. You take inquiries and process these independently using our IT applications. You find efficient solutions and act with a high level of service orientation.

completed commercial training Professional experience in customer service (e.g. in the field of tourism / transport) very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing good office skills and openness for new software solutions strong customer orientation and communication skills structured as well as targeted and result-oriented mode of operation
