correct and professional processing as well as as if possible all telephone and written customer requests Classification of business incidents and, where appropriate, Disclosure to subordinate areas according to predefined criteria Maintenance and modification/cleaning of customer-relevant data in the accounting system (e.g. master data, price and tariff data) Processing of data exchange processes (including workflow processing) Processing of impact data and recording and plausibility of reading results and manual estimation Creation, processing and dispatch of standardised customer letters, processing of simple invoice corrections, processing of post-returners Processing of unplausible counter readings as well as manual issue of reading orders Processing of notices and changes of providers incl. Communications from foreign traders (in the form of excises from data exchange)

completed specialist training in a commercial field or many years of professional experience in the field of activity the following requirements would be desirable (but are not an exclusion criterion) good knowledge and professional experience in the field of activity Experiences in the energy industry and SAP knowledge good knowledge of the billing program and the current products of the assigned clients
