You are responsible for the disposition of our experts in the field of testing In addition, you take over the assembly, planning and coordination of orders as well as the termination of operations You can communicate with customers, experts and internal bodies by phone and in writing You process customer requests, complaints and support in the creation of offers as well as order confirmation By working carefully, you will ensure correct documentation, data management and archiving

Commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in comparable position desirable Routinized handling of MS Office, user knowledge of SAP desirable Self-working, strong organisational skills, team skills and high degree of trustworthiness and loyalty
