Your trainee program The 18-month trainee program at the Knappschaft Clinics is versatile and practical and offers plenty of space for your personal development. During the first 12 months, you will learn about the central areas of our clinic network, including project management, controlling, human resources, financial and accounting, and management. To develop a broad understanding of the processes and challenges of modern hospital management. You will then design the remaining six months individually. You will focus on your own, deepen your interests and take increasingly responsibility. During the program, you are actively involved in strategic projects and work closely with various decision-makers (m/w/d). You will be actively accompanied and supported in your development as part of mentoring. In addition, we support your development through training offers at our Knappschaft Kliniken Akademie – practice-oriented, qualified and focused on your career goals. In addition to technical content, your overtime skills are also specifically promoted, such as in the fields of communication and project work. Within the program, you can build a professional network – including through exclusive events and targeted contacts to executives and decision-makers (m/w/d) from all areas of the shortage clinics. You have a university degree (Master) in the field of health economics, economic psychology, business economics or a comparable discipline Ideally, you can also demonstrate first practical experience in the healthcare/hospital sector They have a strong willingness to learn Worthy you have a high degree of mobility and flexibility They are characterized by the ability to think and act independently Team and communication skills complete your profile The common applications of Microsoft Office are familiar to you.
