From 01.07.2026 we are looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/w/d)  with enthusiasm for the forest education concept in parttime about 15-20 hours a week.

The Waldkindergarten Buntspechte Cappel e.V. is a non-profit parent company, which has been serving only one group since 2013 in the Marburg district of Cappel and since 2019 in two one-group facilities each 20 children aged 3 years to school entrance. Dressed and equipped with the weather, we spend our mornings with the children in the forest and experience the nature in the cycle of the seasons with all senses. We spend the afternoons on our property, where we also have a shelter or a building car and a compost toilet.

To strengthen our pedagogical team and work with parents, you should bring the following qualifications:

• completed training as a state-recognized teacher or a comparable qualification according to the HessKiföG
• Fundamental respect, respect and acceptance
• Communication strength, cooperation and team skills
• Special interest in forest education
• Loadability, ownership and reliability
• Ready to live education partnership in the context of a parental association

We also wish to see openness towards innovative pedagogical impulses of professional publicity. If you are volunteering, we ask you to specify this in the application documents. Qualifications acquired in the Volunteer Office and relevant to this requirement profile can be taken into account in the selection.

The grouping takes place according to the pay group TVöD SuE S 8b, the classification into the respective level is based on professional experience. We offer:
