In this role you support our locations (Sachsen, Thüringen, Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Rheinland-Pfalz) in the field of intensive care both professionally and organizationally. Their focus is on quality, further development and the sustainable improvement of our care practice.

Activities

• Professional visitation of locations in the field of intensive care
• Training and guidance of nurses – theoretical and practical
• Ensuring and further developing care standards and quality guidelines
• Recognition of potential for improvement and active implementation of optimization measures
• Technical advice and support of local teams
• Coordination between locations, care, management and external partners
• Working with integration, concept development and quality assurance

Your profile

• Completed training as a nurse (m/w/d)
• Additional qualification in extraclinical intensive care and respiration care or comparable specialist training
• Multiannual professional experience in intensive care
• Very good professional knowledge and a safe, value-adding approach to people
• Embossed observation, analytical thinking and solution orientation
• Joy of knowledge transfer, coaching and team development
• Readiness to travel within the regions of Thuringia, Saxony and our intensive care centres in the west
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work

For reasons of standardised quality assurance, advita is required to provide a police guidance certificate. The guidance certificate may not be older than three months. Please take care of the application in time.
