Accounting Expert for External & Internal Accounting (m/f/d)

You process the current financial accounting (debitors, creditors, bank, cash register) incl. Conting, booking and auditing of all business incidents. The creation of debitor accounts as well as the execution of payment transactions, the dunning and the clarification of differences are also part of your task. You actively support monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and carry out accounts carefully. In the area of sales tax, you take pre-registrations, compiling reports and cooperate in tax matters and audits. You maintain master data, check input invoices GoBD compliant and accompany workflow and release processes. At the interface to internal accounting/controlling, you support with evaluations, analyses and internal reporting. In addition, you actively contribute to the optimization, standardization and digitization of financial processes. As a competent contact person, you work closely with internal departments as well as external partners. In your function, you will report to the Head of Finance & Controlling.

You have completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist, industrial clerk) or a comparable qualification in financial and accounting. Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting will bring you first insights into the internal accounting interface. Safe handling of SAP FI and MS Excel as well as first experiences with DATEV is desirable. You have experience with digital billing workflows, document management systems and work routined in structured processes. Their work is characterised by care, structure, timeliness and high number affinity. At the same time, you are characterized by analytical thinking. You always act responsibly, discreetly and with a pronounced quality awareness. You will be happy to take your own initiative and have an interest in optimizing internal processes. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
