Risk Manager for Construction Projects (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the comprehensive risk assessment and preventive risk mitigation of (construction)projects of the Bielefeld branch. In the planning and execution of construction projects, you support the departments with methods and tools of structural risk management You identify risks in projects and multi-projects based on the performance phases of HOAI and the requirements of AHO (planning, tendering and awarding) You continuously develop our risk management approaches by identifying potential for improvement, participating in working groups and ongoing exchange with colleagues. On the basis of early warning signals from various evaluations, you will develop appropriate countermeasures for potential and identified risks in cooperation with Controlling and other stakeholders. You control and coordinate the team of internal experts who, as part of a 360-degree analysis, examine and provide comprehensive advice on opportunities and risks to the projects submitted. You help the departments in the application process to create planning and implementation applications for construction projects and plausibility them Teamwork is important to us! You have successfully completed your studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, project management, process management, economics, industrial engineering, or in a comparable field Further requirements: You have professional experience in the construction and real estate industry Alternatively, you have successfully completed another degree course (Diplom/ Bachelor/ Master) and can demonstrate professional experience in the enrolled field of work You have experience in project management and the application of classic project management methods Your enthusiasm is up! You understand selling your ideas and goals and have a systematic, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach Transnational action is self-evident and you have a strong conflict management In addition to your number affinity, secure appearance and strong customer orientation complete your profile You provide reliable knowledge of German language, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 51.700,00 – approx. € 82.000,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
