Complete economic studies with a focus on controlling / finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling and a good understanding of operational relationships Ability to review strategic issues while pragmatically implementing operational issues High affinity for data, systems and digital solutions, ideally complemented by experience with Qlik or a comparable BI tool Analytical and communicative personality with own initiative, team orientation and joy in shaping changes
