You serve the customers transferred from the CustomerDialogCenter and carry the concerns further You are in telephone exchange with our customers and take care of their concerns In addition to the telephone consultation, you will also process customer requests via chat, e-mail and video consulting You advise and inform our customers about our products (including online and mobile banking) as well as on conditions and find suitable solutions In your conversations, you place great emphasis on high service and customer orientation and also use demand-oriented cross-selling approaches You support sales in the targeted address of our customers and coordinate appointments with the relevant colleagues You contribute to a smooth flow of communication and efficient handling of service requests

You have a commercial training, ideally a banker (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification You have first professional experience in telephone customer service, ideally in the customer service of a bank You have fun on analogue and digital customer contact and a friendly appearance You are sales, service and solution oriented You have a good understanding and can communicate complex content in a comprehensible manner You have a strong and binding communication capability and a self-sufficient and careful operation You ideally bring good knowledge to agree21 or another core banking system Ready-to-use and high motivation as well as openness to new challenges combined with a good team orientation round off your profile
