You make sure our company remains stable even in challenging times! Together with the departments, you will develop business impact analyses to identify critical business processes and resources and to evaluate risks precisely. You check the disaster recovery test protocols of our IT products and systems, make sure they are fully and compliant with the required emergency provision, and optimise our preparation for the emergency. In close cooperation with IT, Continuity Management and other stakeholders, you develop robust strategies and emergency plans that ensure our business continuity. Your tasks include creating briefings and communication documents for emergency tests. You accompany the tests, test the results and guide valuable Lessons Learned together with the teams.

You draw your attention through your own initiative and the strength of communication, and your tasks are clearly targeted and enforceable. You always keep an overview and analyze complex relationships precisely and solution-oriented. Your effective communication and your structured working style make you the ideal support for our business continuity strategies. A degree in Business Management, Cyber Security Management, Risk & Compliance or a comparable qualification Experience in Business and IT Continuity Management, preferably in the financial sector, with strong IT know-how (Disaster Recovery, High Availability) Knowledge of the legal framework (KWG, MaRisk, BAIT, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) German and English knowledge in word and writing Personally, you are inspired by your own initiative, communication skills, enforcement skills and an analytical way of working.
