In your role as a project and process manager (m/w/d), you identify proactive process and IT vulnerabilities within the Optipack and conduct corresponding projects to improve them. You take care of our (SAP) IT modules from the collection of the change needs to the operational coordination with internal IT interfaces to the execution of tests and their release. You support the cross-company further development of the digitization of our production sites using the “Augmentir” tool. The quality of the master data in our IT systems ensures you reliably and advise the specialist areas for adjustments and queries. In addition, you are actively involved in the continuous improvement process and are contact persons for the topics online marketing and AI within the Optipack.

You bring a successfully completed study in the field of economics or comparable commercial training. You have already gained at least three years of professional experience in the field of project and process management. With your strong process thinking, you analyze and shape processes efficiently and sustainably. You will encounter new tasks with openness and commitment. Personally, you are characterized by high enforcing, strong team spirit and reliability. Communication in German and English as well as occasional business trips to our other business locations (about 1x a month) are not a problem for you.
