They are responsible for the cross-site support and advice of a selected group of executives and employees in all personal topics. To do this, you work confidently and constructively with the operative People & Culture team, P&C experts and with our co-determination. They implement defined P&C measures and accompany change management activities in your area. They actively participate in occupation, personnel development and team development processes (“Best fit” & “Enable Transformation”). Together in agile teams, you support the implementation and further development of future-oriented P&C products.

You have successfully completed your studies (preferably BWL or Jura with a focus on staff). You can demonstrate sound professional experience in operational and/or strategic personnel. They bring a distinct service and the ability to build a trusted network. They convince your environment by a safe occurrence, a pronounced team spirit, communication strength and the ability to quickly adjust to different interlocutors and hierarchical levels. You know the spectrum of modern staff work and have profound knowledge of labour law. They are safe in handling MS-Office applications and ideally have first experience in handling SAP HCM.
