Our expert: You will ensure a professional execution of your object, in compliance with all statutory provisions and internal requirements in operational daily business You control and coordinate your team of about 50 employees at the Lübeck site and a small side object in shift operation with clear orientation and open, transparent communication, take responsibility for deployment planning, personnel management and conflict management and create a working atmosphere in which motivation, self-responsibility and team spirit constantly grow The regular planning, implementation and documentation of quality and hygiene controls as well as the monitoring of economic indicators are also part of your task In addition, you opt for internal workflows taking into account efficiency, hygiene and cost-effectiveness, take responsibility for material management, storage and device care and actively contribute to the introduction of digital tools for control You are the interface of various departments, tax external service providers and keeps the contract and complaint management at a glance Your field of activity is rounded off by your active participation in audits, visits and interdisciplinary projects

You have a completed training (optional further training to the master of building cleaning) in the area of building cleaning or household management and can draw on practical experience from this area You'll get a sound knowledge of hospital cleaning and experience with modern cleaning technologies and methods You are an expert in human resources management and operational planning, you know with budgeting, cost control and reporting, and ideally complement your experience with alerts and the management of service providers Your strong communication and conflictability is enhanced by first experience in a leadership position Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility are self-evident for you and the handling of people gives you joy and motivates you to excellent service
