Head of Global Occupational Health & Safety Management Advising management with regard to global occupational safety and environmental strategies, including deriving group-wide standards Further development of global guidelines and processes as well as ensuring effective implementation in all locations Head of the Safety Committee Analysis of global accident and risk data and introduction of corrective measures Coordination of global approaches and internal audits and monitoring compliance with legal requirements Building global training to promote a uniform, global security culture Stakeholder management with relevant authorities and institutions

Successful completed technical studies: alternatively completed training as master / technician Complete training on the specialist for occupational safety Multiannual professional experience in the appropriate field of work within the medium-sized industrial enterprise Personality with a high level of social and communication skills and enforcement High self-initiative, strategic thinking and readiness for continuous training Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness for national and international missions
