You perform settings, shifts, exits and contractual changes (e.g. pay). The creation and maintenance of personal statistics is one of your tasks. Your tasks include the development and cooperation in HR projects. You are responsible for the candidate management in the tool as well as for the potential assessment of the applicants and for the support of the leaders in the selection of candidates.

You have completed vocational training in the field of human resources, a Bachelor's degree with an economic orientation or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have at least two years of professional experience in human resources. You master the German and English language in word and writing. You also need excellent communication and team skills. A structured and independent way of working completes your profile.
