Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wittlich You are responsible for the technical, qualitative and timely execution of the transferred construction projects (focus on fire alarm systems). You sign, control and monitor the professionally assigned employees:inside, trainees, entrepreneurs and suppliers. You ensure the economic availability of personnel and materials. You function as an interface to planners, project managers and specialist departments and participate in construction meetings, administrative decreases, etc. You independently create dimensions and documentation and comply with the legal and regulatory requirements. You are responsible for the customer's acceptance, instruction and training. You contribute to the follow-up management and to the creation of the accounting documents. You operate systems, modify and optimize existing systems and perform system diagnostics as well as changes and corrections (focus on fire alarm systems). Job placement can be done at the Wittlich or Walldorf site.

Training: completed professional training and completion as a technician:in, craftsman:in or comparable additional qualification or Experience desirable Experiences and know-how: technical knowledge in the field of safety technology (ideally of fire and speech alarm technology as well as the relevant regulations) as well as knowledge in legally relevant topics on building law e.g. VOB, BGB, HOAI Personality: strong, binding, customer-oriented and goal-proof Working methods: high team and motivation Qualification: MS Office Class B knowledge and driving licence
