As an operating management, you are the first respondent on site and thus the face of Primus. You enthuse our guests who appreciate your work. Your tasks include: You conduct the operation and are responsible for the personnel, budget and goods deployment planning You guide, promote and motivate your employees: inside You continuously optimize and secure the processes and standards You present our cuisine and order advertising for the monthly promotions You are hosting all the way from food production to output You strengthen the satisfaction of your guests with positive dining experiences and hospitality in the food output You have the opportunity to introduce and implement innovative concepts and ideas in a newly created operating restaurant.
