Are you ready to use your craftsmanship and technical skills in a versatile and challenging environment? As a CNC machine operator (m/w/d), you play a crucial role in the production of high-quality metal components. Your main tasks include setting up, monitoring and operating CNC milling and turning machines of the Heidenhain and Mazak brands as well as optimizing production processes. With a lot of own initiative, you work on drawings and ensure compliance with the highest standards through precise quality controls.

• They operate and monitor CNC milling and turning machines (Heidenhain & Mazak).
• They adjust the machines and optimize production processes.
• They work independently according to technical drawings.
• They carry out quality controls and measurement checks.
• They take over smaller maintenance tasks and fix machine malfunctions.
• They control metal pieces in vision and quality.

We are looking for

Do you want to work in a dynamic environment and are you interested in machinery and metalworking? This position requires not only technical skills, but also a structured working and team spirit. Ideally, you have already gained experience in operating CNC machines and bring the necessary flexibility for layer work.

• You have experience with Heidenhain and Mazak (required).
• You have a driver's license and a car.
• You speak German to at least B2 level.
• They are ready to work in the 2-layer system (6–14 a.m. / 14–22 a.m.).
• They are reliable, team-ready and work precisely.
